Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center Locations: Wichita Falls, Texas: Job Summary: The Project Manager (PM) develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. The PM provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members and the client to promote the interest of both Yates and the client in all matters. The PM is the primary leader for the construction project and is charged with utilizing their experience and knowledge to make expeditious decisions, model efficiency and run projects efficiently. Qualifications: Requirements: - Leading in administering the safety program for the project - Ensuring superintendents have the necessary trades, materials, and equipment available to efficiently construct the project - Overseeing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, etc. to support project schedule delivery and scope of work commitments - Performing and overseeing of project specific QA/QC practices to ensure project delivered to project specifications and Yates’ standards of quality - Completing and communicating daily reports of activities that were scheduled and co...
