Physical Security Prog Analyst

Job description

The Physical Security Program Analyst will work with the Physical Security Program team to identify risk, administer security policy, coordinate security operations and gather and communicate intelligence for the enterprise. Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain the physical security program, technology, processes, tools and procedures. Protect the enterprise mission and operations and the security and life safety of all patients, families, visitors and staff. Utilize technical knowledge, skills and business principles to continuously assess vulnerabilities, hazards and risk to identify and execute appropriate protection and security measures that add value, improve safety and align with strategic initiatives. Continuously assess the reliability, availability, defensibility, intelligibility and scalability of the physical security technology systems. Gather real-time and investigative information and promptly notify appropriate personnel and leadership. Develop program materials and train security personnel in requirements and procedures.
