Job description
Qualifications: - Identify talent, developing capabilities and leadership in others, building a high performing and high potential team - Provide leadership, motivate team performance, execute corporate directives and develop strategies to maximize people development - Coach and set sales targets for Sales Account Managers - Travel approximately 50% of time or as required to manage the needs of district - Ensure maximum sales coverage with resources available to achieve peak performance; put metrics in place to measure success over time. - Allocate territories to appropriate sales executives - Report performance and sales results to appropriate management - Responsible for account management - Collaborate with other District Sales Managers to ensure sales goals are achieved - Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s service package & operational capabilities - Stay aware of competitor activity - Responsible for all hiring, employee counseling, training and terminations: assuring they are processed according to proper guidelines - Regular attendance is required. - This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capa...
