Job Description: Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of assigned multifamily communities, including, but not limited to, the general administration and management of property managers, general managers, senior property managers, and (indirectly) operations managers and other property associates. This position shares responsibility for maintaining the physical assets and the performance of assigned properties to achieve the highest possible net operating income, without compromising the quality of the property's appearance or level of service.
