Department BSD MST - Staff About the Department: Founded in 1967, The University of Chicago Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) is one of the nation’s longest-running physician-scientist training programs. It prepares future leaders in academic medicine through rigorous scientific and clinical training, equipping students to pursue careers in biomedical research and tackling pressing challenges in medical science. This at-will position is wholly or partially funded by contractual grant funding which is renewed under provisions set by the grantor of the contract. Employment will be contingent upon the continued receipt of these grant funds and satisfactory job performance. Job Summary: The Admissions & Operations, Sr. Analyst is responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of the MSTP recruitment and admissions process and managing the daily operations of a small, fast-paced office. Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, this role requires exceptional professionalism, strong organizational skills, and clear, responsive communication.
