Point blank....we are looking for people who are exceedingly friendly; outgoing and can UPSELL to customers. If you are loud, friendly, sociable, an extrovert and can persuade people to buy big cakes while giving a smile; we want you and will pay you well for it. Top pay is $15.00/hr plus you can make an extra $5/hr with positive customer survey. If you have sold before and know how to overcome objection while putting guests in a good mood, then its time you get well-paid for it. Accountabilities/Duties: - Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs, and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience. - Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise. - Suggests additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration. - Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected. - Upholds a clean...
