What does your job as a Product Owner look like? As an Inbound–Outbound Product Owner, you represent the business for a crucial digital product within the Customer Experience domain. You play a key role in further digitalizing and optimizing inbound and outbound processes and act as the link between the business and IT. You translate needs, ideas and strategic objectives into concrete, high‑value solutions and ensure that the right priorities are set. You always maintain an end‑to‑end perspective, with particular attention to the customer, the employee and the distribution partner. What will you do?: You represent the business for the product and are responsible for the vision, the value and the priorities. You work closely with stakeholders: on the IT side, with the Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, Domain Leads and architects; on the business side, with the product developers, operational departments, distribution partners, portfolio managers and the other Product Owners. You own the Product Backlog Items: you write, maintain and prioritize tasks (changes, stories, …).
