POSITION SUMMARY: The Dishwasher is responsible for delivering clean and sanitized plateware and glassware to our guests. This position is critical to our guests overall experience as the Dishwasher must ensure the plateware and glassware are clean and stocked for our guests to have a memorable experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential Functions Statement(s): - Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards - Assemble dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans - Change water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier if necessary, and replace with fresh water to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized - Ensure proper water temperature constantly - Clean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand - Check all dishes a...
