This position typically reports to the Food and Beverage Manager or Director and is responsible for ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency in various food and beverage areas, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet halls, and event catering. The Assistant Manager often oversees staff, helps manage operations, and directly interacts with club members and guests to ensure satisfaction.
