Your role The Card Services Support Coordinator's purpose is to support both preproduction and production process flow needs moving between the operational needs as determined by workflow and directed by management. What you'll be doing: For preproduction facilitate the processing of incoming artwork for Card Production orders. They will also help in collecting costs from vendors to enable quoting and buying decisions There will be occasions for on-site visits to vendors to oversee press checks. For production, facilitates the processing of incoming artwork for Card Production orders. They will also help in collecting costs from vendors to enable quoting and buying decisions Qualifications: - Enables a smooth, well coordinated flow of design work to vendors so they can fulfill card orders without wasted time; incoming artwork files must be downloaded, preflighted (assessed for quality control) and posted to the appropriate vendor. - Art files will be managed such that all stakeholders of a card job have access and visibility to card images as needed. - Gather data in regards to cost and preparation of quotes. - Verify technical specifications and interface with the card vendor to r...
