Job DetailsJob Location: Allied Fire Protection - Raleigh, NC 27603Position Type: Full TimeSummary Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget; serves as the primary point of contact for project execution, collaborating with operations, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results and achieve customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, service, engineering, and procurement, to ensure timely execution. Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, financial performance, and risks to clients and leadership. Review project documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
