The Opportunity: We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to provide advanced clinical leadership and governance across Fortify Care Services. Reporting to the Head of Care, you will oversee Nurse Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Educators, ensuring care is delivered safely, compliantly, and with measurable impact. This role combines specialist nursing expertise with operational oversight, guiding teams to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care while strengthening quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
