Advanced Practice Clinician, Gastroenterology HealthPartners is looking for an exceptional, patient focused Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and make a difference for our patients and our community. This Advanced Practice Provider will support clinic visits for our Specialty Center at the Phalen Blvd (St. Paul) location, featuring our digestive care/gastroenterology practice. GI Advanced Practice Providers manage a full patient caseload and are trusted experts in this specialized field. They provide new patient assessment for patients with liver and general GI disease; ongoing chronic disease management for this patient population; and between-visit partnership with patients in the management of their disease. These providers are an integral part of the GI team and the patient care they provide is foundational and essential in caring for the HealthPartners patient population with GI and liver disease.
