- Permanent, full-time role - Based in Lockleys, SA - You will attend full time training in the office (Monday to Friday) for approximately 6 months and then transition to hybrid working where you will work 3 days in the office and can work the remaining days from home. What’s the role?: As a Credit Assessor, you will support the mortgage application process for applications received from our Third-Party Broker Network, handling both simple and complex cases, such as PAYG, LMI, Construction, Guarantor, Home Guarantee Scheme and more. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing applications for accuracy and compliance with quality standards - Assessing creditworthiness and serviceability while adhering to lending regulations - Referring applications beyond credit guidelines to managers - Building strong relationships with brokers by providing guidance and maintaining trust - Ensuring audit, compliance, and quality standards are met to minimize risk - Offering advice on application structuring, credit policy, and documentation.
