POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Talent Acquisition is a strategic people leader responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving ATI Restoration's end-to-end recruiting function. This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy and operational execution designing the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities that allow ATI to attract, assess, and hire the right people at the right time across all levels of the organization. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Director of TA owns the full talent acquisition lifecycle from employer brand and sourcing strategy to offer management and onboarding handoff. This leader manages an internal recruiting team and vendor/agency relationships while serving as a key partner to HR Directors, Operations, and senior leaders across ATI's East, Central, and West divisions. This role is critical to ATI's HR transformation, with immediate accountability for building a best-in-class TA function that supports both high-volume hourly hiring and experienced professional and leadership placement.
