HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant, professional manner. - Provide timely cocktail service with friendly, attentive hospitality. - Keep assigned areas clean and free of glasses, bottles, and debris. - Actively look for service opportunities and respond to guest needs. - Resolve guest concerns and answer questions about property events and amenities. - Perform side work such as stocking coffee, glassware, sugar, cream, and supplies. - Deliver fast (20‑minute or less) beverage rounds and carry full trays each round. - Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist with drink preparation, and present beverages to guests. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation. - Handle money and transactions according to established procedures. - Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary. - Serve as an ambassador of goodwill and participate in promotional or public relations activities. - Promote casino events, programs, and property offerings. - Work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors. - Provide personalized service and use guest names when appropriate. - Meet...
