Your creative field We are looking for a Team Lead Group Accounting (all genders) to join us as soon as possible in a full-time, permanent position. We operate remote-first, but you can choose to work hybrid or fully on-site depending on your proximity to one of our locations. As a large part of our Finance team is based in the Cologne area, this location may be particularly convenient. As a Group Accountant, you take on central responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Contabo Group in accordance with IFRS. Together with the Finance team – including General Ledger, Accounting, and Controlling – you develop and analyze monthly internal group reporting as well as reporting for banks. Your role goes beyond working with numbers: you actively shape processes, optimize systems, and contribute to the continuous development of your area of responsibility. You are also responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of currently two General Ledger Accountants.
