Location: Watsonville Program Dates: May 2026 – June 30, 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Position Type: Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, adaptable, and leadership-minded Team Leader to support youth enrichment programs throughout the Watsonville area. This role is designed to “stand in the gap” by assisting Program Leaders with daily operations, supporting instructors and staff, and stepping into leadership responsibilities when needed. The Team Leader serves as a reliable second-in-command who helps ensure programs run smoothly, staff remain supported, and students receive a safe, positive, and engaging experience. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, calm under pressure, and passionate about youth programs and team support.
