Reporting to the Corporate Reliability Engineering Manager you'll implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program. You'll work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Primary job location options include: Darien WI, Marshall MO, Troy OH, Ft. Madison IA, Council Bluffs IA, Imlay City MI, Archbold OH with 50% travel to our other plant locationsYour Impact - Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding sites to utilize and maintain rankings in SAP. - Drive asset risk management by identifying high-risk assets and recommending or leading risk elimination or mitigation plans. - Establish robust equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation. - Analyze equipment and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that deliver measurable value. - Apply PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes t...
