Position Title: Barback Reports To: Beverage Floor Supervisor / Beverage Manager Position Summary: The Barback is responsible for supporting beverage service operations by ensuring bars are fully stocked, organized, and operationally ready throughout events. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes function by replenishing product, maintaining cleanliness, supporting bartenders, and assisting supervisors to ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted service. Barbacks work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are essential to delivering a positive fan experience through strong preparation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
