Annual salary: up to £48,000.00 Learning & Development Team Leader: Location: Remote with regular travel to branches Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week) Salary: £48,000 + £4,500 car allowance + excellent company benefits Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will work alongside the Curriculum Quality Lead, Learning Technology Lead and Learning Content Designer to facilitate Learning across the business, ensuring all colleagues receive high‑quality, practical training that helps them perform at their best. You will have a team of four L&D Specialists reporting to you, to help you achieve this.
