Position: Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) - Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse Status: Temporary Full-Time (12 weeks): Hours/Shifts: 8 & 12-hour shifts; Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends Posted: April 1, 2025: Deadline: Open until filled: Trillium Health Partners (THP) is once again proud to participate in the Ministry of Health's Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) initiative for 2026/2027 . As part of the Ministry of Health's health human resources strategy, this initiative provides new graduate nurses in Ontario, including those who studied out-of-province and abroad, with temporary full-time employment above staffing complement for up to twelve (12) weeks. This initiative supports their successful transition into practice, ensuring they gain valuable experience and are well-prepared for their careers in healthcare.
