As a Host Person at Overlook Lounge, your role will include: - Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. - All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. - The Host person is responsible for greeting and seating guests. Will also assist guests with reservations via phone and in-person. - Assists Managers with table management to maximize seating. Qualifications: - Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner. - 1-year of work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant or lounge is preferred. - Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system). - Requires the ability to multi-task, wor...
