In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and improving the overall end ‑user IT experience by serving as the connection point between IT teams, business stakeholders, and employees. You leads clear and consistent IT communications, ensuring users understand changes, incidents, and new initiatives while minimizing disruption. You also own Knowledge Management within the ITSM platform, maintaining a high‑quality, user‑focused knowledge base, driving a culture of knowledge sharing across IT. Through continuous improvement, collaboration, and user‑centric practices, the role strengthens trust in the IT services and supports smoother adoption of technology across the entire Fiskars Group.
