We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor- Technology to join our growing Digital department. Job Description: The Customer Support Advisor will support internal and external customers using Caterpillar’s digital connectivity solutions. From onboarding and system setup through to renewals and upgrades, you will ensure customers gain maximum value from their technology solutions, while delivering accurate internal technology reporting.
