ABOUT THE POSITION: Pigeonhole on 8th is looking for an experienced Line Cook to fill out their team on a part-time permanent contract. The Line Cook is responsible for several functions including, but not limited to, producing the highest quality dishes, working efficiently, and mastering cleanliness in their environment. Must be available evenings and late nights. WHO WE ARE: Beltline staple Pigeonhole is setting up a sister roost this fall in the heart of downtown, as one part of a brand-new multi-concept venue coming to the second floor of Stephen Avenue Place. Pigeonhole on 8th will operate as an all-day restaurant, offering a full breakfast and lunch program before moving into its familiar and award-winning dinner service. One part wine bar, one part snack bar, one part diner, all parts hangout, this dynamic new space with a democratic and ever-changing menu promises to please the flock.
