Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic EU Affairs Lead to join our Brussels-based Public Policy & Government Relations team. Reporting to the Group Head of Public Policy & Government Relations, he/she will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic positioning across EU institutions and Member States. This position demands deep expertise in EU decision-making processes, industrial policy and a proven ability to translate complex legislative developments into actionable insights for operational decision-making. In close cooperation with Group functions, regional leadership and country teams, he/she covers a broad range of issues affecting our assets, products and markets, with a particular emphasis on the EU Clean Industrial Deal, climate and energy policy, circular economy and the wider industrial transformation agenda. The role has a strong focus on strategic engagement and networking, both internally and externally, to create conditions that will enable us implement Holcim’s NextGen Growth 2030 strategy.
