Description JOB SUMMARY: The Eye Tooth is hiring Bartenders with open availability (days, nights, weekends)! We are now open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and gearing up for our second summer. Come join the fun! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties & Responsibilities: - Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies - Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus - Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers’ specifications - Able to use the POS systems with efficiency - Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services - Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail - Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly - Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager - Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant - Complete all opening, closing, and side duties - Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect Requirements: Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older with a current TAPS Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.
