ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Sets up, operates, and maintains the manufacturing process. - Competently operates all support equipment. - Assists in training of entry-level employees. - Makes necessary process adjustments. - Performs quality tests/inspections assuring quality standards. - Properly records production data and reports. - Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment. - Remains compliant with SQF / HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety & Quality Policy”
