We are seeking a Special Inspector (INS1) to join our Salt Lake City, UT team! Come join us! The Special Inspector will perform inspections and testing on construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, project specifications, and applicable building codes. This role involves working closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to verify that structural components and materials are installed according to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform special inspections in accordance with project specifications and applicable building codes. Inspect structural elements such as reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, soils, and foundations.
