Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America (Hannover Re) is currently seeking talented candidates for our open Sr Reinsurance Treaty Specialist position. You can look forward to: Job Summary:Prepares and reviews reinsurance treaties and amendments ensuring that all documents reflect the negotiated terms of the agreement and align with corporate expectations. Works closely with internal and external customers to confirm that the treaty documents are clear, consistent, and operationally sound. Oversees accuracy and upkeep the Treaty Provision Database and related repositories so that users have access to reliable treaty information. Essential Functions: - (70%) Drafts and analyzes reinsurance agreements, treaties, amendments and related documents to capture the terms of proposed transactions and ensure alignment with corporate, industry and regulatory standards (both assumed and retro treaties). - (15%) Maintains the accuracy of the Treaty Provision Database by updating entries for new treati...
