This Opportunity The BIM Manager position will focus on Bentley products to create and manage detailed 3D models with Bentley software. They will provide technical design support for OPEN BUILDINGS and CADD, ensuring accurate designs and specifications for planning and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include overseeing CADD designs for multi-site construction projects, verifying that deliverables like reports, plans, and models reflect survey data and meet industry standards for quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Create accurate 3D models of MEP systems in Bentley software per project specs. - Coordinate with engineers and architects to align models with requirements. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and the BIM Execution Plan. - Conduct clash detection and generate reports for coordination. - Produce 2D drawings from 3D models for construction documents. - Comply with all project BIM standards and protocols. - Maintain and update the BIM library and families.
