Job Description Summary: This highly visible and unique position is a key member of the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team (S&O). The Senior Director of Strategy & Operations is responsible for maintaining an end-to-end view of the Enterprise Services portfolio of operations, including people, services, projects status, budgets and leadership routines. This position requires the ability to forge strong business partnerships for business planning, program / portfolio management, and to support implementation of key leadership initiatives. The role is focused on three areas as follows: 20% - Steward end-to-end business insights on the ES portfolio of operations 30% - Orchestrate ES planning and performance management 50% - Provide disciplined delivery and decision support for key ES initiatives Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Business Insights: Stay current with external / peer company benchmarks for Global Business Services.
