Responsibilities: Manage the process for screening transactions for restricted end-uses, end-users, and end-destinations, and resolve whether export license is required under applicable export laws for all cross-border transactions. Support the implementation of screening the Watchlist/Sanctioned Parrty List (SPL) platform by conducting due diligence, identifying and resolving potential red flags. Manage processes for resolving licenses and help prepare and submit any required export licenses or authorizations.
