SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director, Facilities Maintenance, responsible for repairs, maintenance and light construction at all facilities owned/leased or operated by the Agency to ensure maintenance of a safe and healthy environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Painting of Agency owned locations and facilities. Perform repairs and maintenance at all facilities owned, operated or leased by the agency, as required, including maintenance of outside walkways at the main facility during inclement weather. Assist with repair of structure, utility systems and equipment in all facilities, as required. Complete work order requests for maintenance, repair or renovation in a timely manner as directed.
