Description ABOUT THE ROLE: The Deployment Specialist is a core member of the Island Catalyst Team - a focused, elite deployment unit that partners directly with enterprise customers to accelerate and complete Island Enterprise Platform deployments. This is not a traditional customer success or solutions engineering role; this role works with those teams to drive expanded value for our customers. You will own engagements end-to-end, work on-site, and remotely, with customers, and contribute directly to building the deployment practice that will define how Island scales across its enterprise customer base. You help write the playbook - not just follow it. ABOUT THE ISLAND CATALYST TEAM: The Catalyst Team is a specialized, time-boxed engagement unit - a tiger team that drops into key enterprise accounts, drives deployments to target adoption, and hands confident customers back to their customer success and account teams.
