What You’ll Do: The OPS Honors Program Staff m onitors the Honors Lounge, assists students, and provides front-line support by helping Honors students navigate academic planning and college success resources, including online support tools. Key responsibilities will include: Monitoring the Honors Lounge to ensure a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment. Assisting Honors students with general questions and directing them to appropriate resources . Guiding students in using online academic tools including creating academic plans and tracking academic progress. Assisting students in locating information about transfer institutions and degree pathways. Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for online student systems.
