Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in operations, business management, or vendor management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in vendor management, content strategy, production, or multimedia operations. - Experience in managing operations, with the ability to lead planning and make high-stakes decisions in a changing, evolving environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive a culture of continuous improvement. - Excellent thinking and structured problem-solving abilities, utilizing project management tools to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively. - Excellent investigative skills with proficiency in business intelligence platform or similar data analysis tools to monitor quality assurance and translate datasets into actionable insights.
