Job Description: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Director is a key member of the HR leadership team, working closely with the VPHR, CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, Payroll Director and other HR stakeholders and cross functional teams in providing analysis and insight that drive action and HR strategy. This role is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of a 3-person HRIS team. Coordinates with cross-functional internal partners and managers at all levels to design user friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation within the HCM system.
