Description Job Title: Service Coordinator/Pemberton Park: Department: RESIDENT SERVICES: Reports To: Director of Resident Services FLSA Status: Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: Provides case management the Pemberton Park development for grandparents raising grandchildren. Serve as liaison between the Housing Authority and various organizations and health agencies. Responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities, events, programs, or services that support the personal, social, and cultural growth of residents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties listed below illustrate of the various types of work that may be performed.
