RideNow Powersports Phoenix is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate ! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you! Responsibilities: - Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts. - Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales) - Look up records and enter customer information. - Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone. - Receive and account for all incoming parts. - Provide cost of parts for customers. - Make sure all displays are organized. - Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Benefits: - 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired. - Retail sales experience required. - Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory. - Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems - Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc. -...
