THE POSITION: Acts as trainer and resource for Service Specialist staff, supporting Dispatcher role as needed. Responsible for delivering and picking up patient supplies and equipment to/from their homes in accordance with all policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: - Position :Service Specialist I - Location: Waco, TX - Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (rotating on-call) - Reviews policies related to Service Specialist roles, identifying necessary changes as appropriate. - Solves daily delivery issues to help the department run smoothly and cost effectively. - Acts as main trainer for new and existing staff, to include being on-call resource during new hire orientation. - Trains current staff when they are assuming n...
