PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our PEM Sales Team. As the Business Development Manager covering the three-metro area of Texas driving the datacom, Telecom and Consumer markets, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. The Business Development Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and directing the business development activities for OEM accounts within the datacom and telecom customers space as well as leading/guiding the engineering efforts necessary to support these business development activities. This will be accomplished through relationships with the customer base, knowing the product opportunities, and becoming the engineering focal point for the assigned customers.
