Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom We are currently seeking Commercial Healthcare Transactions Counsel (Medical Device & Digital Health) to support our medtech clients. This role will provide legal support to medical device and digital health companies on sales-side commercial transactions, with a focus on technology-driven offerings, including Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). The position will involve negotiating and structuring customer-facing agreements while advising on regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations relevant to the healthcare and medtech space. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
