Junior workforce planning

Job description

The Junior Workforce Planner contributes to SCOR’s global workforce planning processes by preparing, analyzing, and validating headcount data, HR cost projections, and workforce scenarios. Working closely with HR Business Partners, HR IS, Finance, and global stakeholders, the role supports monthly and quarterly reporting, annual workforce planning cycles, and ongoing HR cost monitoring. Support monthly consolidation of actual HC, FTE evolution, and bridge analyses. Prepare workforce projections and support calibration with GHRBPs. Assist in analysis of variances versus budget and forecast. Contribute to monthly and quarterly HR cost reporting and dashboards Support annual budget and forecast exercises including modelling of salaries, bonuses and social charges. Contribute to development of workforce planning tools (Excel/Power BI/ Others). Ensure data quality through rigorous checks and reconciliations. Work with GHRBPs across regions to validate data inputs. Support COMEX reporting preparations. Participate in continuous improvement and methodology refinement.
