Supervises, coaches, motivates, and evaluates the work of assigned staff and acts as primary liaison between residential care staff and other agency professionals and staff. Performs a variety of direct residential care functions in support of assigned area of responsibility. Supervises, coordinates, and monitors all program components to ensure adherence to Children's Receiving Home policies and procedures, Title 22, Department of Social Services Licensing Regulations, Council on Accreditation (COA) standards and budget compliance.
