Senior Product Manager, YouTube Shorts Ads

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). - Experience with Data Analysis/SQL and Experiment Analysis. - Experience managing product development or roadmaps for products. Preferred qualifications: - Master's or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience - Experience with ads infrastructure components such as retrieval, ranking, monetization, or auction systems. - Experience in user behavior for mobile-first, vertical video environments. - Experience demonstrating an understanding of business initiatives, user behavior, and development of new opportunities. - Excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented about learning the inner workings of highly sophisticated systems.
