SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Bakery Host is responsible for providing guests with exceptional food service by connecting authentically and ensuring that items are prepared, decorated, and distributed according to the highest level of excellence. Bakery Hosts may also assist with other Magnolia Foods business entities as business requires. This position works from Silos Baking Co. in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Store Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESS ENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Metrics evaluated on Performance Review - Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor during periods of high volume - Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional guest service * - Perform cash wrap and point of sale duties in an efficient and timely manner - Educate guests by presenting and explaining the menu and answering questions - Prepare and sell food and drink products by following approved recipes, preparation, and cooking or baking techniques; ensuring that all equipment is properly utilized per recipe and safety guidelines * - Prepare ingredients for each recipe by chopping, dicing, slicing, washing, and using additional techniques as needed - Handle, prepare, and...
