Overview The Lean Six Sigma Leader will be responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives throughout the organization. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, drive process enhancements, and deliver measurable results. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record of leading process improvement projects. Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects, including defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution. - Process Improvement: Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce defects, improve process efficiency, and prioritize process improvement opportunities using lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and PDCA. - Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement using tools such as DMAIC, PDCA, and Kaizen. - Training, Coaching, and Education: Provide training, education, and mentorship on lean principles to employee...
