About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team based in the West Perth Office with travel to operational sites in Western Australia. This role will support the business by performing several key HR activities such as manage employee relations issues, work with managers to develop and maintain their workforce plans, coach, and mentor managers to improve employee performance and address behavioural issues.
